Prevents cavities, helps with and prevents kidney stones (black cherries), helps with gall bladder issues (black cherries), reduces phlegm (red cherries).

For gout eat 10 cherries a day. To prevent tooth decay, swish mouth with cherry juice.

Cauliflower

Cauliflower, raw or steamed, is good in fighting cancer.

Mashed cauliflower with garlic, sea salt and fresh butter is a healthy alternative to mashed potatoes for diabetics.

Carrot

Carrot is good for inhibiting cancer, decreasing cholesterol, preventing contipation.

One carot or 1/2 cup of carrot juice a day will aid in fighting cancer. 2 1/2 carrots a day will decrease cholesterol

Cabbage

Cabage can decrease your risk of cancer, prevent and heal ulcers, increase your immune system, kill viruses.

Try to eat cabbage at least once a week. It is best to eat some raw once a week as well.

Broccoli

1/2 cup of broccoli a day can decrease your risk of cancer
