Chest Cold Remedy

Bake one large onion and squeeze out the juice. Add some honey to this and drink while warm.

This is safe to give to chilren and infants as well. Give in smaller doses when giving to a child. This will often break a fever and ease a chest cold.

Lemon Balm

Take a few leaves of Lemon Balm and chew them in your mouth until you release the oil in the leaves. Place the leaves on an insect bite and this will relieve itching.

Cough Remedy

1 Ounce Fresh Red Clover Blossoms

1 Pint boiling water

1 cup honey

Boil blossoms in water and strain. Add honey. Bottle mixture up and store. Give 1 teaspoon twice a day for cough.
