Fish can assist in decreasing migrane headahes. It works as an antiinflammatory, regulates the immune system, prevents cancer, combats early kidney disease, increases mental energy, helps with asthma.

Fish oil capsules can aggrevate diabetes, so be careful if using these and check your blood sugar regularly

It is best to eat one cup of dried beans a dy. Boil beans with garlic for help with coughs. Diabetics should avoid canned beans as they are often high in sugar content.
