Feet (lumps and bumps)

Applying a poultice of baked onion and soap can cure problems of lumps and bumps on your feet.

Feet (blisters)

Cooked carrots, mashed into a lump of lard make a healing poultice for blisters. Use a steamed Plantain leaf to bandage it to the blistered area.

Corns/Calluses feet

Bandage a freshly mashed cranberry to corns and calluses of the feet.

Feet (Sprain)

A vinegar and clay poultice is real good to reduce swelling and soreness of sprains to the feet and ankles. You can also reduce soreness in a sprain by making a paste of a dirt dobbers nest and vinegar.
