Save all of the peeling from oranges and lemons throughout the year. Dry these and store them in a cloth sack. Toss a few of these into your winter fire in the home. They will crackle and pop and cause a few sparks, but will make the home smell clean and fresh.

Rust Stains On Clothing

Rust stains on clothing can be removed by rubbing a fresh cut lemon onto a damp cloth and then rubbing this on the rust stains. Sprinkle table salt on the stain and set it out in the sun. When dry, repeat this entire process until the stain is gone.

Teeth

To whiten stained teeth: 1 cup of strong chamomile tea, juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1 tablespoon baking soda. Add lemon and vinegar to tea. Mix a few drops of this with 1 tablespoon of soda and brush teeth several times a day. It will help remove stain such as coffee and cigarettes.
