Burn the leaves of the rosemary plant to produce a good amount of ashes. Store these in a glass jar and brush onto teeth to keep the mouth clean and sweet smelling.

Store the water in a tight container in your refrigerator and use this for a mouthwash if you happen to get ulcers in your mouth. You can use this water also as an insect repellent when spending time outdoors, it is great for insect bites.
